4. Iterate your core products through trial and error.
William shares his experience of refining The Sketch Effect's core products. He initially started with around ten different offerings. But through trial and error, he identified the two core services that provided the most value and then built systems around them for consistency and scalability.
5. View feedback as a gift.
Don’t take feedback personally but see it as an opportunity for improvement. Feedback is an indication of that person’s investment in your success, whether it's coming from a colleague, a leader, or a client. This mindset is crucial to building a culture of continuous improvement and growth in a creative organization.
